SINGAPORE, Nov 12 (Bernama) -- Singapore will get a new mufti next year when the present longest serving mufti Syed Isa bin Mohamed Semait, retires on Dec 31.The Singapore Islamic Religious Council said Syed Isa, 72, would be replaced by his deputy Mohamed Fatris bin Bakaram, 40, beginning Jan 1.
