In an announcement made by the Minister of State for the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Home Affairs, Mr. Masagos Zulkifli on the occasion of World Diabetes Day, it was informed that diabetes was the 7th leading cause of fatality among Singaporeans. It was also revealed by him that one in every twelve Singaporeans happens to suffer from the dreaded condition for people between the age of 18-year-old and69-year-old. Full story
