Air India sources: S'pore's SATS to blame for T3 baggage woes

The airline entered into a ground handling pact with Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) and a joint venture was formed for ground handling at several metro airports.
But Air India sources say SATS has failed and it does not even have the staff. An already bleeding Air India had to fly in over 100 employees from across the country and put them up in hotels to support the move to T3. Full story
