HANOI, Vietnam — Three foreigners and one Vietnamese person were killed in a fireworks explosion during preparations for Hanoi's showcase millennium celebrations, official sources said on Wednesday.Two sources, who asked not to be further identified, both confirmed the deaths to AFP.
The nationalities of the foreigners could not be officially confirmed, although Singapore's foreign ministry said one of the dead may have come from the city-state. Full story
