SYDNEY, Oct. 11 (UPI) -- Singapore Technologies Marine will convert an Australian navy tanker to a double-hulled vessel while the ship is on a scheduled visit to the country.The Australian Defense Ministry said it selected ST Marine as the preferred tenderer for work on HMAS Success because it represented the best value for money and the shortest time out of service.
