The world’s biggest container port operator, PSA International Pte Ltd, is looking to sell at least a 26% stake in a new container terminal it started operating earlier this year at the Union government-owned Chennai port in Tamil Nadu, to its local partner ABG Infralogistics Ltd, two persons familiar with the development said.Chennai International Terminals, the special purpose vehicle that runs the second container terminal at Chennai port, is currently 100% owned by PSA after the Singapore-based port operator parted ways with its erstwhile Indian partner Sical Logistics Ltd by purchasing its 27% stake in the terminal operator in June.
