A SINGAPOREAN man forced his wife and two sons to run around their flats 40 times in the sun from 1pm to 4pm as he claimed the boys had sneaked out of their unit without his knowledge and that his wife had stolen from their neighbour, reported Nanyang Siang Pau.The mother and the boys, aged nine and 10, were later told to kneel and prostrate in front of the flats and ordered to stay outdoors for seven hours.
The boys had to carry their school bags when running while their father monitored their movement from the third floor hallway. He also shouted at them asking them to run faster or face more punishment. Full story
