SINGAPORE, July 9 (Bernama) -- Singapore police 'flashed' the red card when they routed an illegal soccer betting syndicate and arrested nine men early Friday, during a blitz in the city.The police believe the suspects, aged between 24 and 30, could be linked to an illegal online soccer betting syndicate.
