SINGAPORE, July 12 (Bernama) -- The Franchising & Licensing Association of Singapore (FLA) on Monday launched a new award and programme to accelerate its plans to make Singapore the franchising and licensing hub of Asia.The "Franchise Star Achiever" Award, which is part of the annual FLA Award 2010, is to give due recognition to the city-based franchise companies which have successfully developed a strong brand, and have established physical network of outlets and vigorous expansion plans in the region.
