An increase in recruitment opportunities has worked in favour of job seekers who are holding out for the right job.
Better salaries and flexible benefits are the top reasons cited by workers who are rejecting job offers, it has been found in a recent survey carried out by Hudson.
The study found that 40 per cent of businesses in Singapore had been rejected by prospective employees, while only 21 per cent have not met with any refusals, claimed the report. Full Story
