Oman (Muscat) - Lt.Gen Malik bin Sulaiman al Ma'amari, Inspector General of Police and Customs signed at the General Command of Police in Qurum today a consultative services agreement between the Royal Oman Police (ROP) and the Singaporean COSEM Safety and Security Services Company.The agreement was signed from the Singaporean side by James Tan, Executive Chairman of the Singaporean Civil Defence Pension Fund and former Commander of the Civil Defence.
