Member of Parliament (MP) Supriya Sule may have to answer for the whispers that she is a citizen of Singapore.The Bombay High Court on Friday ordered the Maharashtra government and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to decide on an application asking why her Indian citizenship should not be cancelled in view of her dual citizenship.
Petitioner Mrunalini Kakade claimed that Sule is the director of Laguna International Pvt Ltd and a permanent resident of Singapore. Full Story
