Visitor arrivals to Singapore surged in March in the backdrop of gradual improvement in the global economic climate and consequent positive travel sentiment.Tourists arrivals climbed 17.3% to reach 928,000, the highest for the month of March, the Singapore Tourism Board said in its monthly report Tuesday.
