SINGAPORE, April 28 (Bernama) - Another Singapore-registered tug boat was struck by robbers within a week while it was in Kuantan waters Tuesday night.The Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery Against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre (ReCAAP ISC) here said the tug boat, PU 2402, was towing a barge laden with coal, when it was robbed by seven men armed with parang and a pistol.
