Singapore - Singapore on Thursday said a former Romanian envoy did not enjoy immunity as the driver of an embassy car thatkilled one man and injured two others in December, adding a new twist to the diplomatic wrangling between the two countries.A coroner's inquiry last month found that Silviu Ionescu, 50, the then highest ranking Romanian diplomat stationed in Singapore, had been behind the wheel of the car in two hit-and-run accidents after he attended a private birthday party on December 15.
