Singapore Cruise Center (SCC) signed here on Tuesday a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shanghai Wu Song Kou International Cruise Terminal Development (WSK) to jointly explore various forms of collaboration opportunities between both parties.Under the MOU framework, both parties intend to form a long term strategic partnership including the formation of the sister ports tied up, technical and operational exchanges and joint marketing to international cruise liners.
