The government-backed Media Development Authority is launching an International Animation Fund at MIPTV in partnership with FremantleMedia Enterprises.The fund will solicit applications from all over the world for animation content in any format -- series, telepics, theatrical movies -- and the MDA will co-invest up to $3.5 million for each qualifying project.
