Rents in Singapore´s prime retail belts of Orchard Road and Scotts Road as well as suburban areas have gone up while those in other city areas have fallen in the fourth quarter, according to DTZ.Following a 7.3 percent fall in the previous four quarters, the prime retail sector finally edged up 1 percent to reach rentals of S$39.70 per sq ft per month.
