Bandar Seri Begawan - Students from Victoria College in Singapore are currently here to take part in a week-long School Twinning Programme hosted by Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien College.
The twining programme - which runs from November 16 to 23 - will enlighten students on the culture, heritage and traditions of Brunei Darussalam, as well as teach them about the school system here.
