Singapore's onshore storage capacity has not been ''fully optimised'', leaving potential for the bunker market to move higher volume of sales, a manager at Horizon Singapore Terminals Pte Ltd said.
''The increase in storage capacity in Singapore over the last three years has de-bottlenecked the bunker sales potential,'' Howard Pang, commercial manager at
Horizon Singapore, told delegates at the Bunker Asia 2009 conference last Wednesday.
