MEXICO CITY, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- Mexico and Singapore have signed an investment protection and promotion agreement, the Mexican Economy Ministry said Thursday.
The agreement envisages equal and legal treatment of investment in each other, compensation for nationalization or expropriation, and independent dispute-settling agencies.
