SINGAPORE, Nov 13 (Bernama) -- The cargo clearance centre at the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex at the Johor Causeway will be open 24 hours, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak here on Friday.He said the move was taken to reduce vehicle congestion which occurs often at the causeway which links Johor Baharu and Woodlands in Singapore.
