Eighty-three per cent of Web users in Singapore are at risk from online fraud because they can't identify the prevalent forms of phishing, according to a YouGov survey.
Of the eight countries interviewed worldwide, Singapore came in sixth place, with India last, whose users it appears are savvier in protecting their identities and personal details online, at 76 per cent, stated the report.
