Sri Lankan and Singaporean Foreign Ministers yesterday came to a consensus to go for a free trade agreement between two countries to strengthen the economic ties of both countries.
Visiting Singaporean Foreign Minister George Yeo and Sri Lanka’s Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama revealed this at a joint press briefing after a bilateral discussion held in the Foreign Affairs Ministry premises in Colombo yesterday (16 October).
