A Group of 20 key representatives from the Singapore government led by Rear Admiral (NS) Sim Gim Guan of the Ministry of Information, Communication and Arts visited the Kampong Ayer Cultural and Tourism Gallery yesterday.The visit was part of the Eight Second Echelon Brunei-Singapore Senior Civil Servants Exchange Programme, which began on October 27 and carries the theme: Integrated Government: Enhancing Capabilities in Facing Challenges.
