ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. -- A delegation of educators from Singapore is looking to Maryland schools for help in developing a character education program.
Maryland has gotten high marks for its school-based character education programs that encourage academic and cultural understanding.
At Arundel High School on Friday, there was an exchange of ideas between students and a group from Singapore's Ministry of Education.
