A Singapore customer satisfaction index has shown a drop, local newspaper reported on Wednesday.
In the results of a customer satisfaction index, the numbers continue to slide as five out of six sectors surveyed did worse this year than last, local newspaper the Straits Times reported.
The index, now in its third year, showed that the poorest performer was retail, followed by education and tourism in a tie, info-communications, and then food and beverage.
