SINGAPORE, June 18 (Bernama) -- The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) Thursday began their first joint counter-terrorism (CT) training exercise in Guilin, China.
Codenamed COOPERATION 2009, the nine-day joint CT training exercise involves about 60 troops each from the SAF and PLA, the Defence Ministry said here Thursday night.
