Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will press Australian leader Kevin Rudd to let Singapore Airlines have greater access to key Australian-based air routes.
Mr Lee wants Singapore Airlines to be able to fly to the United States from Australia's Melbourne and Sydney.
But so far the airline has not been granted permission.
