HANOI -(Dow Jones)- Vietnam's State Securities Commission is planning to hold a conference in Singapore next month to help more Vietnamese companies learn ways to raise funds from overseas markets, a government official said Monday.
The SSC is scheduled to co-organize a two-day conference, titled "Listing and IPOs for Vietnamese companies in overseas markets" in Singapore on Nov. 17-18 to make Vietnamese firms more familiar with overseas conditions, said SSC spokesman Vu Van Quang.
