SINGAPORE, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Singapore Telecommunications Ltd said on Tuesday its general offer for Singapore Computer Systems has been declared unconditional.
Last month, Southeast Asia's largest telecoms firm said it paid S$140 million ($99 million) for a 60 percent stake in Singapore Computer in a bid to boost its information technology business.
