JAKARTA, Sept 12 (Reuters) - Indonesia's Supreme Court turned down an appeal by Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings [TEM.UL] in a legal battle with the country's anti-trust agency over competition laws.
The anti-trust body, or KPPU, ruled last year that Temasek and its affiliates were in breach of Indonesia's anti-monopoly laws and ordered the sale of one of their telecom units in Indonesia. In May, a district court upheld the KPPU ruling.
