SingTel has signed a regional exclusive agreement with WorldMate, a Los Angeles, Calif.-based mobile travel software developer. SingTel, one of Asia's largest mobile network operators, with more than 198 million subscribers, will bundle WorldMate Live, a popular mobile travel service, as a value-added service for its postpaid customers on Sept. 13.
