CHENNAI: Under a community exchange programme, 22 students of Grades 4 and 5 from Anderson Primary School, Singapore , visited Gateway - The Complete School, Sholinganallur.
Initiated by the Singapore Ministry of Education, the programme involved joint activities by 22 Singapore students along with 22 from Gateway. Said K R Malathi, director and principal of Gateway: "As an educator I firmly believe that learning cannot be confined to classrooms alone. That is the reason for such exchange programmes." Gateway students will visit Singapore in January next year.
