A report released by Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry Monday said tourist arrivals into the country declined for the second consecutive month in July after registering growth since February 2004.
Tourist arrivals fell 3.8% year-on-year in July. In the first half of this year, the number of foreign visitors increased 2.9% to 5.1 million compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
