China to reinstate visa-free facility for Singaporean

SINGAPORE, Sept. 17 (Xinhua) -- With effect from Sept. 19, Singaporeans who intend to travel to China for 15 days or less will no longer require a visa, Singapore's Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
