June 19 (Bloomberg) -- Singapore will offer 40 land sites for sale in the second half, including 27 it failed to sell in the previous six months, as demand for development space eases amid slowing economic growth.

Singapore will offer 13 new sites to developers to build homes, offices and hotels, the Ministry of National Development said in an e-mailed statement today, down from 17 new sites made available six months ago. The ministry releases a list of new land sites every six months.
