A Singaporean high-level delegation; headed by the Senior Minister, Goh Chok Tong, arrived in Libya this afternoon.
The delegation includes Minister of state for foreign Affairs, Minister for National Development and Minister of State for Trade & Industry.
The delegation was greeted at Tripoli International Airport by Secretary of the Asian Affairs Department at the General People's Committee(GPC) for Foreign Liaison & International Cooperation and the Singaporean non-resident ambassador to Libya.
