The lastest survey shows that there are fewer price increases. For the uncooked food listing, there were 4 items had prices increase ranging from 7% to 24%. Both grades of Fairprice Thai rice saw price increase by 24%. Fairprice cooking oil is up by more than 7%, while light soy sauce had risen by 14%. However, price of eggs has dropped by 12%. The rest of the uncooked food items remains unchanged.
For cooked food, all prices are kept unchanged over last month. However, for rice dishes, portion has been reduced.
The rest remains unchanged for now.

In the housing sector, resale prices for HDB flats had increase by 4%-5% for 3-room to 5-rooms HDB flat. HDB open market rental rates had increase by 5-6% for 4 and 5-rooms flats, and 14% for 3-rooms flat.
