OPTUS will invest $315 million to expand its mobile coverage to nearly all of Australia's population.
The investment by the unit of Singapore Telecommunications, or SingTel (ASX: SGT), will extend coverage to 98 per cent of all Australians, from the 96 per cent it now covers.
