Singapore's T3 meets the 'Superjumbo'

The scale and statistics describing Changi Airport’s T3 are impressive, as is its newest flagship, the Airbus A380.

T3—the 21s t century showcase of passenger aviation technology, which opened in January this year, has a capacity of 22 million passengers a year, bringing Changi’s total capacity to 70 million - about
the population of Turkey. It has a floor area of 380,000 sq m spread over some seven levels. It has 28 aerobridges, eight of which were designed to handle the enormous A380.
