SINGAPORE, Feb 18 (Bernama) -- Maybank today launched the lowest 3-year fixed rate home loan package for Singaporeans which offers an attractive interest rate of 1.68 per cent per annum for the first year.
This first year interest rate is more than 40 per cent lower compared to other similar packages offered in the industry, the bank said in a statement here.
