NEW DELHI: Real estate major Unitech has won regulatory approval to raise $700 million (about Rs 2,800 crore) through a public offer in the Singapore Stock Exchange. The company will list its subsidiary in Singapore as Unitech Office Trust (UOT), a real estate investment trust (REIT).
