MANILA, Philippines --No merger will take place between Pacific Internet Philippines and Asia Netcom, according to the former's president.
Asia Netcom and Singapore-based Pacific Internet Limited (PIL) announced their merger earlier this week. The new company PacNet is now headed by Bill Barney, former Asia Netcom CEO.
