China Eastern, Air China mull share-swapping

An alliance plan that Air China and China Eastern Airlines swap shares, is now under discussion, following China Eastern's rejection of Singapore Airlines Ltd's bid, according to sources.

The Cross-holding plan will be suggested by China National Aviation Holding Co, the parent of Air China, according to people who declined to be identified before an official statement.
