Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is looking to hire internet marketing firms to boost visits to its websites and help it engage with citizens through social media, it emerged today.
The ministry will ask firms to shortlist at least 50 websites not owned by the government which it can advertise on, and wants a set of keywords to ensure that its material appears more prominently in search results.
