Philippine authorities in Singapore have asked the host government to take steps to hold accountable a blogger for allegedly encouraging acts of hate against Filipinos there.
In a statement, the Philippine embassy in Singapore also advised Filipinos there not to stoop to the level of the blogger whose entry remained live as of Tuesday afternoon. Full story
