Pinoy-ofw.com, 22 Apr 2014A Filipino migrant group called on the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Philippine embassy in Singapore to investigate the death of a Filipino domestic worker who reportedly fell to her death from her employer’s apartment in the Lion City.
Migrante International said that the family of Milagros Altoveros Okamoto, 28, of Panitan, Capiz, sought its help it suspected foul play in her death on April 16 last year after bruises were found on her inner thighs and groin area. After Okamoto’s remains arrived in the Philippines on Jan. 7, her family continues to wait for the results of the re-autopsy they requested, Migrante said in a statement.
