M1 mobile users may be experiencing difficulties using the network to send messages or make calls this morning.
M1 Singapore posted a statement on its Facebook page an hour ago to notify users of the service disruption. “Some of our customers may be experiencing difficulties sending text messages or making voice calls. We are currently rectifying the issue and apologise for the inconvenience.”
The network seems to have been down since 7:30am. Some M1 users that commented on the post stated their affected locations. According to Facebook users Soh Chin Sock, Daniel Tay and Gloria Chung, they have experienced service disruptions at Bukit Batok, Boon Keng and Hougang. Full story
