A stalker brutally slashed and stabbed student nurse Pavithra Gunashekharan, the day after she turned down his marriage proposal.
The man, who was armed with a kitchen knife, waited near Block 415, Jurong West Street 42 for her.
After the Nanyang Polytechnic nursing student fell, he sat on her and viciously cut her repeatedly as she screamed for help.
Her father rushed to her rescue and had to pull the Indian national off his daughter. But by then, Miss Pavithra was left with multiple deep wounds on her neck and body. Link
